ORACIÓN PARA VIVIR POR EL ESPÍRITU (English)

    Bendito Padre celestial, en el nombre del Señor Jesucristo, deseo caminar en el Espíritu hoy día. Reconozco que sólo mientras Él manifiesta la vida de Jesucristo en mí, voy a ser capaz de escapar de las obras de mi carne. Oro que el Espíritu Santo pueda producir Su fruto dentro de todo mi ser y derrame en mi corazón el gran amor por el Padre celestial, por el Señor Jesucristo, y por otros a mi alrededor.
    Perdóname, amado Espíritu Santo, por las muchas veces que te he entristecido por mi pecar. Concédeme siempre la toma de conciencia de mis pecados, que rápidamente pueda confesarlos a Dios. Concédeme también el deseo de obedecer la preciosa Palabra de Dios. Concédeme discernimiento para evitar ser engañado por falsos espíritus.
    Deseo que el Espíritu Santo llene todo mi ser con Su presencia y me controle por la fe. Lléname, Padre celestial, con Su poder que Tú puedas ser glorificado a través de la fuerza invencible que Tú me proporcionas para hacer Tu voluntad. Confío en mi victoria sobre la carne hoy día completamente en manos del Espíritu Santo, como le dejo tomar control de mí.
    Todo esto pido en el nombre del Señor Jesucristo para Tu gloria. Amén.

PRAYER TO LIVE BY THE SPIRIT

   Blessed heavenly Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I desire to walk in the Spirit today. I recognize that only as He manifests the life of Jesus Christ in me will I be able to escape the works of my flesh. I pray that the Holy Spirit may produce His fruit within my whole being and shed abroad in my heart great love for the heavenly Father, for the Lord Jesus Christ, and for others about me.
   Forgive me, dear Holy Spirit, for the many times I have grieved You by my sinning. Grant to me always the awareness of my sins that I might quickly confess them to God. Grant me also the desire to obey God's precious Word. Grant me discernment to avoid being deceived by false spirits.
   I desire that the Holy Spirit fill all my being with His presence and control me by faith. Fill me, heavenly Father, will His power that You might be glorified through the invincible strength You provide me to do Your will. I trust my victory over the flesh today completely into the hands of the Holy Spirit as I let Him take control of me.
   All of this I ask in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for Your glory. Amen.
